Cancellation Policy

To ensure appointment availability for all clients, we kindly ask that any cancellations or requests to reschedule are made with at least 24 hours' notice.

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at the full appointment fee.

  • Missed appointments ("no-shows") will also be charged at the full appointment fee.

  • Fees paid for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.

  • If you need to reschedule your appointment and provide more than 24 hours' notice, your payment can be transferred to a new appointment date, subject to availability.

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise and reserve the right to consider these on a case-by-case basis.
