Cancellation Policy
To ensure appointment availability for all clients, we kindly ask that any cancellations or requests to reschedule are made with at least 24 hours' notice.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at the full appointment fee.
Missed appointments ("no-shows") will also be charged at the full appointment fee.
Fees paid for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule your appointment and provide more than 24 hours' notice, your payment can be transferred to a new appointment date, subject to availability.
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise and reserve the right to consider these on a case-by-case basis.
