Cancellation Policy
At MORR Physiotherapy, appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client. To ensure we can offer appointments to those who need them, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made with at least 24 hours' notice.
Appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours' notice will not incur a charge.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full appointment fee.
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise and will consider exceptional situations at our discretion.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible by phone, email, or through our booking system.
